The Black Swan Hotel Bruges

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. the location was fantastic, with all the main attractions within a short walking distance. the breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.

The room itself could use some upgrading, as it felt a bit outdated and in need of a refresh. the lack of air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in during the hotter months.

We had a fantastic time in this city. The hotel's location was excellent, close to the center and the canal. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel were top-notch. The staff was helpful and charming.

Well-kept accommodation, the breakfast was perfect, brilliant location close to the main attractions. The staff were OUTSTANDING, informative. Great service throughout my stay. I tried quick meals at Sanseveria Bagelsalon, within 200 metres of the hotel. I liked my great stay here.

Perfect location and staff, appreciated it. Affable staff were at the reception desk. The restaurant here was nice, we both ordered appetising dishes. Easy check-in was a bonus.

This hotel is in a prime location in the quiet area of the town, just a couple of minutes from the main sights. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with one double bed and three single beds - perfect for families. The staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile, providing excellent service. The breakfast is superb, with a wide range of food to choose from, including boiled eggs cooked to perfection. The large bathroom with a bathtub is definitely a plus. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

The only thing that could be improved is the WiFi, which could be better.

The food diversity is sufficient and they are constantly updating the open buffet. The owners are friendly and packed us a delicious breakfast to take with us on our early morning departure. The location is perfect for exploring the city. a great choice for bigger groups of friends.

The comfort of our room exceeded our expectations, and the hosts were excellent, always attentive to our needs. We were also pleased with the abundance of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We can't wait to come back!

Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the stairs and lack of air conditioning in summer, we truly enjoyed our time at the Black Swan Hotel. we highly recommend this charming hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
